Deaf Mission Church

Deaf Missions Church

As of July 6, 2025, the Deaf ministry of Lovers Lane officially became a Deaf Mission Church, a gift to what is now an extension of the Horizon Texas Conference, under a new name SEEDS “Serving Educating Evangelizing Deaf Seekers.” A 501(c)(3) Ministry Partnership with Lovers Lane United Methodist Church.

Deaf Mission Church, equipped by God’s grace and love of Christ, is a reminder to us all that Deaf people are not the children of a lesser god but are the full image of God, who yet have full inclusion in the Church and a means of grace to connect people to Jesus Christ and our Deaf neighbors.

Rev. Dr. Tom Hudspeth, who was born hard of hearing, is pastor of this new church and conducts his services in Sign Language.

Services: every Sunday at 9:30am @ Walnut Hill Church. 10066 Marsh Lane. Dallas, TX 75229
